The hot summer has arrived, and the temperature keeps rising. If the chiller runs in a high-temperature environment for a long time, it will affect its own heat dissipation, causing the chiller to alarm when the room temperature is too high, and it will also affect the cooling of the chiller. 1. Prevent high temperature alarm
The working environment room temperature is too high to cause a high temperature alarm.
If the working environment temperature of the chiller exceeds 40°C, the chiller will shut down due to an over-temperature alarm.
It is recommended that users adjust the operating environment of the chiller by themselves. The best working environment temperature of the chiller is 20°C-30°C.
The machine has serious dust accumulation and cannot dissipate heat in time, resulting in high temperature alarm
It is necessary to regularly use an air gun to clean the dust and impurities on the air filter of the chiller and the surface of the condenser to avoid poor heat dissipation. *Note: Keep a safe distance (about 15cm) between the air outlet of the air gun and the cooling fin of the condenser, and the air outlet of the air gun should blow to the condenser vertically.
Poor ventilation and heat dissipation around the machine, resulting in high temperature alarm.
Keep a distance of more than 1.5m between the air outlet (fan) of the chiller and obstacles, and keep a distance of more than 1m between the air inlet (dust screen) of the chiller and obstacles, which is conducive to the heat dissipation of the chiller.
Reminder: If the relatively high temperature in the workshop has affected the normal use of the equipment, physical cooling methods can be used to optimize the workshop temperature, and water-cooled fans or water curtains can be used to assist the product in cooling.
2. Clean the filter element/filter screen regularly
The filter element/filter is the place where the most dirt is stored, and it needs to be cleaned regularly. If the filter element/filter is too dirty, the element must be replaced to ensure the stability of the water flow of the chiller.
3. Regular replacement of cooling water
If the chiller adds antifreeze in winter, when the season changes and the temperature of the working environment rises, it is necessary to clean the entire water circulation system and replace the cooling water with distilled water or pure water to avoid the conversion of residual antifreeze and affect the use of equipment.
The cooling water is generally replaced every 3 months, and the impurities or residues in the pipes need to be cleaned to keep the water circulation system smooth.
4. Pay attention to the influence of condensed water
Summer is hot and humid. When the ambient temperature of the chiller is high, the ambient humidity is high, and the water temperature is lower than the ambient temperature, condensed water may be generated on the surface of the circulating water pipe and the cooled element. Condensed water is likely to cause a short circuit in the internal circuit board of the equipment, and even burn out the core components of the chiller, affecting the production progress.
It is recommended to appropriately increase the set water temperature according to the ambient temperature and the use requirements of the reference laser.
In hot summer, scientific and orderly maintenance can effectively improve the stability of the chiller and prolong the service life of the machine.
