3. Part of the logo pattern is not clear
Solution: Check whether the thickness of the molded plate is uniform, whether the molding pressure is too small, whether the temperature is too low, and whether the machine accuracy is reduced.
4. The logo pattern is dim
Solution: Check whether the heating temperature is too low and whether the molding pressure drops.
5. The machine is not running (no cooling or water pump is not working)
The computer control system is the control and command center of the entire laser marking machine, and it is also the carrier of software installation. Check whether the power cord is connected to the power plug; check whether the power switch is turned on; check whether the decorative panel power is turned on.
6. No cooling or insufficient cooling
Check whether the voltage is too low or too high; check whether there is blockage in the ventilation; check the ambient temperature (too high ambient temperature will cause the refrigeration compressor to stop for a short time); check whether there is too much heat transferred to the antifreeze coolant, because this will exceed the cooling capacity of the refrigeration system.
