How to solve the large spatter of welding materials?
Causes of spatter: Spatter is mainly caused by oxidation, coating or oil stains on the surface of the workpiece. Unreasonable parameter settings during welding, too high swing frequency or a large focus deviation range may cause spatter.
Three solutions are suggested:
1) Clean the material or workpiece before laser welding; reduce the power appropriately; increase the welding speed appropriately while ensuring the depth of penetration; appropriately increase the defocus amount to reduce the laser power density acting on the surface of the workpiece.
2) Parameter adjustment (focus, air pressure, frequency, power and other process matching can effectively fry and splash)
3) Replacing the anti-splash copper nozzle can effectively reduce the problem of splashing and burning the lens.
