According to the flow rate provided by the air compressor, combined with the size of the nozzle, it is possible to calculate how many cutting machines the air compressor can provide.
For example, we have a 15kw screw air compressor for low power (3000W and below) with a flow rate of 1.5m3/min (air compressor technical parameters). The customer cuts 4mm stainless steel, and the corresponding nozzle is 3.0mm. The gas flow rate of the 3.0mm nozzle is 1.1m3/min. The 15kw air compressor can only be used by one cutting machine.
Remarks: The air compressor is screw type, the compressed air pressure is 1.6Mpa, and the gas flow unit is m3/min (cubic/per minute).
