It is necessary to use nitrogen or other inert gases in time, or adjust the airflow direction of the protector to be opposite to the movement direction of the workpiece.

It can be solved by changing the cooling water. If the laser in the main optical path deviates, you need to adjust the full-reflective or semi-reflective diaphragm of the main optical path.
5.If an open flame does not fully pop
You need to check whether there is any remaining lubricating oil on the shutter connection.
