1. Fault name: forward optical PD alarm
Protective measures: stop the main power supply and turn off the laser.
Possible cause: The PD inside the laser cannot detect the laser.
Solution:
1). Restart the laser, do not turn on the laser, and check whether there is red light. If there is no red light, please contact GXLASER customer service personnel;
2). If there is a red light, please check whether the relevant module can turn on the laser. Check whether the module power supply DC switching power supply voltage output is normal.
2. Fault name: super strong back light alarm
Protective measures: stop the main power supply and turn off the laser.
Possible cause: The laser beam combination module detects that the return light is too strong.
Solution:
1). Check the laser focus position;
2). Check whether the material is placed horizontally;
3). Check whether the material is ultra-high reflective material;
4). Check whether the thickness of the material exceeds the standard, and alarm if it cannot be cut through;
5). Turn off the laser, suspend use for 3-5 minutes, restart the laser, and turn on the laser.
3. Fault name: pump source temperature alarm
Protective measures: stop the main power supply and turn off the laser.
Possible cause: The temperature of the pump source of the laser module is too high, and the temperature alarms.
Solution:
Turn off the laser, check whether the flow rate and water temperature of the water cooler are normal, and whether the water pipe is blocked.
After the inspection is completed, restart the laser and the laser will return to normal. If it cannot return to normal, contact GXLASER customer service personnel.
4. Fault name: QBH installation alarm
Protective measures: stop the main power supply and turn off the laser.
Possible cause: The contact of the output head of the laser QBH is not in good contact with the contact of the cutting head.
Solution: turn off the laser, check the laser QBH output head and cutting head, and reinstall.
5. Fault name: emergency stop alarm
Protective measures: stop the main power supply and turn off the laser.
Possible cause: The emergency stop switch was pressed.
Solution: The emergency stop switch returns to normal state, restart the laser.
6. Fault name: water flow alarm
Protective measures: stop the main power supply and turn off the laser.
Possible cause: The chiller is abnormal, resulting in a decrease in water flow.
Solution: Turn off the laser, check whether the flow rate and water temperature of the water cooler are normal, and whether the water pipe is blocked.
After the inspection is completed, restart the laser and the laser will return to normal.
7. Fault name: abnormal communication alarm
Protective measures: stop the main power supply and turn off the laser.
Possible cause: There is no signal transmission between the single-module communication line and the main module.
Solution:
1). Check whether the signal wire connecting the single module and the main module is loose;
2). Check whether the single module can be powered on normally, whether there is a red light, and whether the auxiliary power supply voltage output is working normally.
8. Fault name: maximum current alarm
Protective measures: stop the main power supply and turn off the laser.
Possible cause: The operating current of the single-module pump source exceeds the maximum limit.
Solution:
1. Turn off the laser and restart it to check whether it is normal; if it is normal, use it normally;
2. If there is still a maximum current alarm, the driving MOS tube in a single module may break down, and the laser needs to be turned off immediately, and contact the customer service staff of GXLASER.
9. Fault name: electric module water cooling plate alarm
Protective measures: stop the main power supply and turn off the laser.
Possible cause: The temperature of the water cooling plate of the electrical module of the laser module is too high, and the temperature alarms.
Solution:
Turn off the laser, check whether the flow rate and water temperature of the water cooler are normal, and whether the water pipe is blocked. After the inspection is completed, restart the laser and the laser will return to normal. If it cannot return to normal, contact GXLASER customer service personnel.
10. Fault name: temperature alarm of the water-cooled plate of the beam combiner
Protection measures: the main power supply stops power supply, and the laser is turned off;
